When you no longer need the extra storage space, we simply ask for two weeks’ notice, please see the terms and conditions, or speak to us for more information.

We provide secure storage on the most flexible terms so you simple pay monthly in advance and when you no longer need the additional space just give two weeks’ notice.

The Will Store office is open from 9AM - 5:30PM, Monday to Thursday. 9AM - 5PM on a Friday and 9AM till 12PM on a Saturday.

No, you don’t need an appointment to view a unit, you can just call down. However, do keep in mind that we may not have the size of your choosing available at the time.

We accept virtually all debit or credit cards, cheques in the office alternatively you can pay by bank transfer, set up a direct debit or standing order with your bank.

For domestic storage we ask you to bring along some photo identification, so we can take a copy and keep it on file.

The choice is yours however, you cannot store any of the following: food or perishable goods unless securely packed in hard plastic or glass containers so they are protected from and do not attract vermin, any living creatures, combustible or flammable substances such as gas, paint, petrol, oil, cleaning solvents or compressed gases, firearms, explosives, weapons or ammunition, chemicals, radioactive materials, biological agents, toxic waste, asbestos or other potentially hazardous substances, any Goods that emit fumes or odours, any illegal Goods or substances or goods illegally obtained such as, but not limited to, illicit (counterfeit/smuggled) tobacco or alcohol and unlicensed or unsafe goods (such as toys, electrical goods, medicines, aerosols, cosmetics, fireworks), goods which are environmentally harmful or that are a risk to the property of any person, currency, deeds and securities, Property where the value to you cannot be assessed on a financial basis, including goods purely of sentimental value; and any goods which are contaminated with food or any other substance which may deteriorate, rot, become mouldy or attract vermin. We therefore ask that you make clear to us any items you think might be a problem.

Insurance is not included in the rental cost and goods MUST be insured while in storage.

If your business or household insurance covers your belongings while away from your premises, we just need to evidence that with a copy of the policy.

If your existing insurance does not cover your belongings while away from your premises, we’d be delighted to provide protection for your stored goods on a new replacement basis at a premium of £2.00 per £1,000 value of the goods

We offer a collection and delivery service of larger pieces of furniture. However, we don’t offer a full house removal service. Should you need a full house removal, we can point you in the right direction.
